Accounting Associate I Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our dynamic accounting team. This entry-level role is designed to support the Assistant Controller in managing a variety of tasks that require immediate attention. The ideal candidate will be assertive, curious, resourceful, and adept at using web-based tools.

• Obtain certificates of insurance from our broker and provide them to our customer service/sales teams.
• Manage corporate credit card logistics, including issuing and tracking cards.
• Follow up with states on sales tax questions and ensure compliance.
• Manage incoming mail through our virtual mailbox and route it appropriately.
• Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

$14.60 – $23.05 USD (Hourly)
