As a Backend Engineer specializing in Ruby on Rails, you will play a crucial role in both executing and enhancing our platform to ensure it remains robust and scalable, meeting the diverse needs of our expansive customer base.

You will join a balanced team of 4 backend engineers and 4 frontend engineers located worldwide, working on one of the most impactful products at GitLab. You’ll gain expertise in Rails and the GitLab platform while following our Product Development Flow. Our team operates asynchronously, providing strong mutual support and a commitment to collective success.
